MOTHERS & DAUGHTERS
One of the most cherished and challenging relationships to navigate is that of a mother and daughter. At various points the relationship can feel supportive or strained – sometimes both at the same time! If you’re feeling stuck as you try to navigate the landscape of the mother-daughter relationship, working with a therapist could help.
We see mothers and daughters who wish to come in together in an effort to jointly work on their relationship. We also welcome mothers or daughters who prefer to come in for individual therapy, but wish to address feelings and blocks in their mother-daughter relationship.
